"I Am Worthy"

This piece is the starting point of my series of affirmation paintings. This project is born out of my deep desire to bring healing art to others. I believe in the incredible power of our words and intentions and that the words we speak to ourselves have a special importance.

Affirmation to self: I am worthy. I am worthy of having what I want, of the life I desire, of the people and things that make my life feel good. I am worthy of love, safety, and community. I am worthy of all the dreams that have been placed on my heart. 

This piece is 11" x 14" acrylic on archival paper. The words are painted first and then used as the backdrop of the painting. Item comes matted and unframed.
